First of all, rust is known for its infamous frame drops. Best I can suggest is lower settings in the actual launcher, set your refreshrate to the highest in your AMD settings, make sure your moniter is actually a 144 hz moniter. The game does't seem to utilise any of the hardware well, it never uses more than 40 percent CPU or GPU, and never more than 8 GB RAM. This is broken right now and breaks alt tabbing so it crashes your game, from what my friends and i've experienced. Yea it breaks alt tabbing but I just don't alt tab. I use shift tab. problem I have with that is I use teamspeak etc so I need to alt tab sometimes..
